About Home Enhancers
Home Enhancers of Griffith, Inc. is family-owned and has been building and remodeling homes in Northwest Indiana for over 27 years. Home Enhancers was founded by Kenton Duncan, who started out as a subcontractor within the community. While subcontracting, Kent was able to establish relationships with other subcontractors (i.e. electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, etc.) in the construction world. Over the years of working on countless houses, Kent was able to identify those subcontractors who put in the extra time and effort in order to provide the highest quality work.
In 1998, Home Enhancers relocated to Schererville, IN. As the surrounding area expanded, the company moved from subcontracting to full-time general-contracting for new-home construction. Due to Kent's extensive subcontracting experience, Home Enhancers only uses those subcontractors who are hand-picked by Kent.
Building a home is a complex process involving multiple steps within
the various trades. Each step of the home-building process must be
performed in an orderly fashion. Therefore as a general contractor,
Kent is on the job-site daily as an active participant ensuring
high-caliber work.
